Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Convert customer interactions into potential business leads.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales
  • Languages required: English & Hindi
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build customer relationships and handle follow-ups effectively
